Refund Policy for DriveStrike:

Thank you for choosing DriveStrike! We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds for DriveStrike subscriptions.

Monthly Subscriptions:
DriveStrike does not offer refunds for monthly subscription plans. Once you have subscribed to a monthly plan and your 30 day free trial is completed, you are responsible for the payment for the entire subscription period after the trial is completed. If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription after the free trial, you will not be eligible for a refund of any portion of the subscription fees already paid.

Annual Subscriptions:
DriveStrike offers a 15-day grace period for annual subscriptions, during which you can request a refund. If you choose to cancel your annual subscription within 15 days of the initial purchase date, you may be eligible for a refund of the subscription fees paid, subject to the conditions mentioned below. After the 15-day grace period, no refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions.

Refund Eligibility for Annual Subscriptions:
a. The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of the initial purchase date.
b. The subscription must be canceled during the 15-day grace period.
c. No exceptions will be made to the 15-day refund period for annual subscriptions.

Stripe Merchant Processing Compliance:
In accordance with Stripe’s merchant processing rules, DriveStrike ensures compliance with all applicable regulations. DriveStrike will process refunds within the guidelines specified by Stripe. DriveStrike reserves the right to modify or change the refund policy at any time without prior notice.
